A very simple game. Two cards are dealt both to the
dealer and the player. The one having a higher card wins. (If you are
already familiar with the rules you can skip the next chapter and read the
instructions to the virtual play mode only).
Rules
The game is played with six decks . The winner is found according to
the card rank: the lowest is the two, the ace is always high. The suit
does not matter. The player’s card is compared with the dealer’s card. If
the player's card is higher he gets his bet back, and gets even money. If
the dealer's card is higher the player loses his bet.
War. In case of the same cards rank the player can
either surrender, quit the game and lose half of his initial bet, or go to
war doubling the bet.
The war starts with the dealer getting three cards face down (or
"burning" as professionals say) – these cards are not used in the
"battle". Then both the dealer and the player get one open card each.
The player has a better chance in the war – he will win in case if his
card beats the dealer’s as well as if the cards equal again. The bets are
returned to the player with the winning equal to the amount of the initial
bet (for example, bet a dollar, raise the bet in the war to two, get back
three).
The tie bet. Together with the main bet the player may
wager any other sum of money (not exceeding the maximum bet) on the tie.
If the dealer’s and the player’s cards equal after the first deal the
tiebet wins 10 to 1 (bet one dollar, get back 11).
